Properties

The ePTFE sheets are easy and safe to use. The finished gaskets are cut using CNC plotters, which ensure high cutting precision but at the same time optimize material consumption.

The sheet is relatively stiff, which also makes easier installation and at the
same time allows the use of typical machines and tools during preparation of a seal.

The ratio of the width to thickness of the gasket should exceed at least 5 times.

Sizes and kind of delivery

The Multiflexon sheets are available in standard format 1,5×1,5m with tolerance -0/+30 mm and in wide range of thicknesses from 0,5 up to 6 mm.

The sheets are delivered in flat case or in rolls in a carton of approx. 24 kg.

In case of transport of few sheets, it is acceptable to rolled, but needs to keeping a bending radius at least 10 cm.
